Pro Growth Rebate Details

07/17/24

Growth Rebate: 10% rebate on growth dollars from previous period.

First rebate paid out in February of 2025 based on July–December 2024 purchases over January–June 2024 purchases. Future rebates paid out in August and February following their respective rebate periods.

End Date: Continuous every six months, subject to change.
Payment Method: Credit paid via ACH.

Rebate Periods

  • Period 1: Fiscal January through fiscal June
    • Period 1 will be compared to Period 2 from the prior year to determine growth dollar for rebate.
  • Period 2: Fiscal July through fiscal December
    • Period 2 will be compared to Period 1 of the same year to determine growth dollar for rebate.

Rebate Periods

  • Must exceed $20,000 in purchases in each period to qualify.
  • High-water mark in effect. Once a rebate is paid, that establishes the high-water mark for dollars purchased in a period. To be eligible for future rebates, rebate period must be greater than the high-water mark.

Example 1

  • Period 1 2024: $45,000 in purchases–becomes your starting point.
  • Period 2 2024: $65,000 in purchases–establishes your high-water mark.
    • Growth $ = $20,000
    • 10% Rebate = $2,000
    • Paid in February 2025

Example 2

  • Period 1 2025: $50,000 in purchases–less than high-water mark.
    • No rebate
  • Period 2 2025: $70,000 in purchases–establishes a new high-water mark.
    • Growth $ = $5,000 from previous high-water mark ($65,000)
    • 10% Rebate = $500
    • Paid in February 2026

Introducing 12” depth options to ProClosets wall-hung & floor mounted units

Starting on Dec. 14, 2023 The Stow Company is introducing 12" depth options to ProClosets wall-hung & floor mounted units.

The new 12" depth option will open your designs to more use cases and consumer need states such as:

  • Shelves & hanging for small closet spaces
  • Shallow hutch designs: 12" deep upper cabinets with 14" deep base cabinets
  • Shoe storage in tight spaces (entryways, closets, etc.):
    • Excludes 12" deep slanted shoe shelves

ProClosets Expanding Product Dimensions & Options

ProClosets offering is expanding to allow more product dimensions & options.

These product additions will allow partners to design a wider variety of applications including wardrobes, laundry rooms, & islands.

24" Depth option for floor mount designs

  • Floor mount depth options changing to 14", 19", & 24" depths
  • Top edge band will be added to any floor mount vertical that is less than 72" tall where the design does not have a top
  • Peel and stick edge band will no longer be auto-added to designs with floor verticals less than 72" tall
  • Use cases: Wardrobes, hanging behind doors, benches

Islands added back to offering

  • Design tool functionality to customize islands and see in 3D
  • Depth Option: 14"/14", 14"/19", & 19"/19"
  • Height options: 36" & 42"
  • Use cases: Islands for primary closets

Shorter wall verticals with bottom edgeband

  • Minimum wall vertical height changing to 24"
  • Any wall vertical shorter than 36" will have bottom edge banding
  • Long hang design tool templates will remain with 48" verticals
  • New templates will be added under Specialty for upper cabinet configurations
  • Use cases: Upper cabinets, cabinets over washer/drawer, vanity area

FedEx as Carrier Option

04/04/23

For orders placed on April 6 and later, you will see FedEx as the carrier option when selecting a carrier option during the check-out process.

Any open orders shipping on April 10 showing as UPS will be updated to FedEx.

Marketplace orders will continue to ship via UPS from the Marketplace supplier location.

Shipment tracking detail will continue to be visible in Order History. Any tracking notification currently set up on your profile will remain the same. FedEx also provides additional tracking services. Please visit www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking for further details.
